With this in mind, we have developed InTouch, a new training and development tool, with communication at its heart.

What is InTouch?

SkillGate InTouch allows you to keep in touch with your team, continue their professional and personal development and support their wellbeing at this difficult time.

With the help of built-in editing software, and a library of prepared content, you can send news updates, exercises, surveys, games and more to all your colleagues at the click of a button.

InTouch comes with a library of prepared bitesized content, on a variety of topics, that you can tailor to the needs of your staff.

How does it work?

We have produced an InTouch online user guide which you can download here. We will also be launching a series of short videos, to teach you how to use the system. A series of training webinars will be organised over the coming weeks, so watch this space for more details.
