Mental Health Awareness Week

Mental Health Awareness Week encourages people to speak out about their mental health issues and ask for help. Now, more than ever, it is important that we are kind to ourselves and to others. Those with existing mental health issues may be suffering more than usual, and some may be experiencing mental health issues for the first time. 

By supporting those around us, and by focusing on our general wellbeing, we can help address mental health issues before they overwhelm us.
