Our new Intelligence Reporting system is now available. The latest upgrade is more dynamic, faster to load, and has a new look to make it more user-friendly and bring it in line with other SkillGate Version 9 interfaces.

A new focus on permissions, means that now, designated users can access the Intelligence Reports rather than just LMS Administrators. This allows for line-managers, compliance officers, course authors, etc to view the intelligence if granted access.

The Intelligence Reporting system is where you can find the following:

• Assessment results for regulatory courses, notably Health & Safety, such as Manual Handling and Display Screen Equipment
• Survey results if you have surveys set up within your courses
• Results from evaluation reports in the Classroom Booking System (see update ES1020)
• Post-tutorial evaluation results
