Dealing with service requests quickly and efficiently is essential for the smooth running of your training system.
We offer UK based telephone support to all callers, with dedicated account managers at the end of the phone. Our transparent service request ticketing system allows our clients to monitor and measure the service we offer.
Service is delivered to three levels:
Bronze - essential system support for all system administrators
Silver - helping administrators maximise the value they get from their system and minimise administration
Gold - support for all system users with their day to day issues
