SkillGate offers several ways Users can request training:
- via the Courses Library
- as an external courses booking subject to authorisation
- via the Results! system
- via the Perform system
- line managers can request training for their team via a 'strategic training' request.
In all cases, requests can be sent to administrators and viewed by administrators. Requests can be grouped by type, and/or faculty and reported on. Administrators can use Pinboard to suggest solutions to individual Users.
PinboardPro is SkillGate's professional service that will provide Users with independent, expert ideas and suggestions to answer their requests.
