Multi Portal

Multi-Portal LMS is used where Site Controllers need to be able to fully configure multiple LMS systems. Examples include training providers; companies with independent divisions; or special needs such as onboarding or client training.

Each portal behaves like a unique LMS with its own look and feel, discreet Users, records, reports etc. LMSs can be linked together under the control of one or more LMS Controllers. Each Portal can have its own LMS Administrator.

Each portal on a Multi Portal environment behaves like a fully independent LMS with, for example, its own look and feel, home page options, access rules, messaging default settings etc, etc.

LMS Controllers have their own administration system with additional controls to manage all the LMSs.
