Objectives & Key Results (OKR)

The so called OKR approach is supported by SkillGate's Perform suite.

It can be integrated into Annual Appraisal, One to One, or used stand alone with Objectives.

OKR allows managers to set objectives for Users in line with strategic objectives and offers a simple measurement technique.

The result is a powerful reporting environment that offers consistent performance reporting across the organisation.
