Import: The SkillGate system allows you to automatically import details of starters, movers, and leavers, on a daily basis, using a standard secure import system. It will ensure:

• new starters are added
• staff are correctly allocated the relevant training
• staff are diarised for future training events according to your plans
• staff are in the correct groups for reporting
• leavers are archived
• individuals marked as Long Term Absent are properly managed.

Export: Similarly you can create custom reports and schedule their automatic download to your HR management information system on a regular basis.
