Email management

The SkillGate LMS offers an advanced email management service.

Any emails sent to the system in terms of user correspondence, as well as bounce backs, out of offices, etc are identified and filtered by the email management system.

As an optional service, SkillGate's Account Management team will monitor, manage and respond to these emails to ensure that every query and comment is processed and handled, no matter which email address they are sent to.
