The system allows Users to find specialist mentors or coaches by searching for subject, location, grade or mentoring preferences.

MyMentor manages the mentor and mentee through the mentoring/coaching process; - objectives - introductions - matching - to completion. It keeps records for mentors and mentees of progress.

MyMentor can be integrated with other SkillGate products so that a comprehensive learning support approach can be adopted by trainers.
