SkillsAudit can be used as a training needs analysis tool or to make individualised training suggestions to Users.
The system allows administrators to create skills templates by job role. Users or line managers assess their competencies against different skills templates.
Training suggested can be added to a plan viewable to Users and line managers via the My Learning function.
