To reduce the LMS administration burden on your training department, SkillGate offers a user help-line.
This user level service is defined in our Service Level Agreement. Users can call the help-line and get through to a member of our Account Management team or they can send an email to a dedicated service inbox. The inbox is set up with an email address of your choosing and is monitored daily.
User requests typically include helping with password issues, general system usage, changing profile details, etc.
