360° Feedback

360° Feedback is a tool that enables the collection of feedback on a member of staff from any number of 3rd parties.

The customised form allows the Team Leader to ask any question they need and as many as they like. The form can then be sent to the relevant recipients who can be internal or external to the organisation. If they want the staff member to suggest additional recipients, the system can be set up to automatically manage this.

Introductions and requests can be sent before the full form is sent, and a final report, collating all feedback can be sent to the staff member in question once it has all been received.
