The Dashboard displays all courses assigned to users, showing:
- Total number of allocated users for each course

Reports
There are a number of reports available for compliance training via the Traffic Light Compliance Management Training System.
The essential Red/Green Traffic Light report is available for every user detailing all allocated courses and their training status. A cascading Traffic Light report is available for Team Leaders featuring their status as well as that of their direct reports.
‘Snapshot’ reports show real-time compliance status at departmental and organisational levels via an at-a-glance dashboard.
Expiry Reports allow team leaders to view when training validity is due to expire and associated forthcoming training renewals.
Flags can be configured to indicate when an individual’s competence or the validity of training is due to expire, usually relating to fixed term certification, and flag reports can be run to support complex rostering requirements.
Activity reports provide a record of each allocated programme for each user. This could include historical records, status and instructions. Programme Reports provide progress details of all users registered on a specific programme.

Renewals
Ensure your team stays compliant with automatic course renewals. Each course in the Traffic Light system can be configured with a renewal period – whether it’s 3 months, 1 year, or even 3 years – so your employees’ training remains consistently up to date.
Reminders
Set reminders to be sent at your preferred frequency, keeping users informed and motivated to complete their required training on time.
Triggers
Prompt team leaders to review team reports and follow up on any outstanding training. This proactive approach helps team leaders ensure their team members stay on top of their compliance requirements.
Historic Data
History is a powerful feature designed to streamline the process for users by exempting them from completing certain programmes. It’s called History because it’s primarily used for importing bulk historical data from legacy systems, ensuring a smooth transition.
Administrators have full control over History records, which can be manually edited.
A History record effectively exempts a user from standard allocations. For users with renewal dates the record must include a “Valid ’til” date. Once this date has passed, the History record automatically becomes redundant, ensuring that your system remains up to date and efficient.
HR Data Feeds
The Traffic Light system integrates with most HR Management Systems which ensures seamless data updates.
New starters, leavers, job moves and long term absent will all be automatically updated in your LMS as they are updated in your HR system.
Compliance Courses
