The Waiting Lists feature enables course organisers to easily add delegates to a waiting list for any course title, offering greater flexibility in managing demand.

Waiting lists are tied to the course title rather than individual course dates, so when new dates are added, capacity is increased. If a cancellation occurs, all waitlisted users can be notified instantly. For courses that do not have a date, the Waiting List option is the primary feature, providing course organisers with valuable insights into demand to help them plan accordingly.

Capacity Planner

The Capacity Planner tool offers a clear and insightful forecast of potential demand for upcoming courses, helping you stay ahead of scheduling needs.

By analysing the Diary, the planner predicts who may be seeking course spots in the coming months. External courses can also be added to a permitted list, making them visible in the Library for easy access by users.

These external bookings are shown in the user’s record for easy tracking.

eCommerce

If you run external training courses, an integrated payment system can be used with the Classroom Booking System. It enables delegates or organisations to easily sign up and pay for courses directly on your site.

Once payment is made — via credit card or invoice authorisation — delegates are instantly registered, ensuring a seamless experience for both individuals and businesses.
